Evesham Youth RFC currently have teams for age groups from 7 to 16.

The club always welcome new players of all age groups, irrespective of experience or ability and we ensure that all new members receive a warm welcome.

The club's philosophy is to develop a new players basic rugby skills and also building the skills of the more experienced players. We aim to make the rugby enjoyable, with the emphasis on enjoyment, in a friendly, family environment. Parents are encouraged to participate in the running of the club and support coaches and team matches.

Rugby is a team game and at Evesham, one of our core principles is to encourage and foster team spirit and sportsmanship. One of our guiding principles is that every player, irrespective of their ability will get a game. We are not a "win" at all costs club.
